COMMUNITY CARES - Coalition of Agencies Relating to Elderly Services, founded in 2017, is an influential coalition consisting of more than 1,031 members, including 523 Home Care and Home Health agencies. Our members run a gamut of Elderly Services: Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, Adult Day Care, NEMT’s, Elder Lawyers, Assisted Living, Nursing Homes and any agencies that provide elderly services.
